For a gold coin donation, the scouts will be available if you require assistance unloading stock from your vehicles and can mind your products etc while you move your cars .
The floor plan for the day can be viewed HERE.
The sites are various sizes so please ensure your tables/stands/gazebo's etc fit within your site as allocated and don't encroach on other stallholders.
You can fix things to the walls only using blue tack or the 3M hooks which are completely removable with no trace (no hammers and nails!!).

If you pack down early it may affect stall approval at future the Kapiti Indoor Market events.
Please note only assistance dogs are allowed at the venue.
While we are major dog lovers we request that you leave your pets at home on the day so all of our customers and vendors can enjoy the day.
There is a prize for best dressed stall, the winner will be chosen by Kapiti Indoor Market organisers. The prize being prior acceptance and stall fees paid at the next Kapiti Indoor Market!
For those of you who don't know us we will of course introduce ourselves on the day at the briefing but you will be able to find one of us in the main foyer if you have any questions.
A reminder that you'll need to take all of your waste home with you. If any waste is left in your stall area you will be sent an invoice for cleanup costs. Even better, don't make any waste and use recyclable or re-usable products!
