That's a wrap for 2019!

Thank you Kapiti for a brilliant Christmas market. We were wowed by the quality of products there was on offer by our talented vendors. It was amazing to see so many of you turn out to show your support for local Kapiti businesses and charities!

We are thrilled to announce that your gold coin donations on the day totaled $2,140. This amount combined with other fundraising funds means you helped us to raise a grand total of $2,600 for local charity Menzshed Kapiti. As you can see below they are very thankful to you all:

In addition to this donation we were also able to provide a combined total of $600 to Waikanae Volunteer Fire Brigade & the Scouts who everyone will agree were amazing on the day.

Now that the Christmas market has come to a close for 2019 we are very proud to advise that the total funds provided to local Kapiti charities from all Kapiti Indoor Market events to date is more than $9300 - thank you so much Kapiti for supporting local charities and the Kapiti Indoor Market!

Our very talented Photographer, Dianne, took so many photos of the market we have put these up on our Facebook page so have a look and reminisce about what a great day it was. A very small selection can be seen below:

At every Kapiti Indoor Market we award the “Best dressed” prize to one (or if we can't decide two) of our stallholders. When we say “we” the decision on who is the winner is actually decided by one of our past best dress stall winners.

This year Jennifer (Pony Lane) made the very hard decision that Heysmartypants & Vanessa Owens Artist deserved the titles this December. Check out Helene & Vanessa’s amazing stalls below we think you will agree they were deserving winners:

Well done Helene & Vanessa!! You will receive prior approval and your stall fees paid for at the next Kapiti Indoor Market!

The Kapiti Indoor Market will be back on Sunday 28th June to do it all over again! Make sure you stay tuned for the announcement of our next charity partner. We can't wait to see you all there.

Once again thank you for all your support we would especially like to re thank everyone who had any part in helping us be be able to run the Kapiti Indoor Market you know who you are, love what we do but absolutely couldn't do it without you all!

The organisers here at KIM will be taking a much earned break over the Christmas period and will resume again at the start of Feb to begin planning for June 2020.

We want to wish you and your families a safe and happy holiday period

Merry Christmas!

Rachel, Nicola & Stef
