With less than two weeks to go it’s time to plan your visit to the Kapiti Indoor Market.

You will know by now that the Kapiti Indoor Market is the place to find the perfect gift, present for the kids or item for your home and we of course have a lot to keep the kids entertained.

We have over 100+ stalls highlighting the amazing range of talent from the Kapiti region and surrounding area.

We also have a great selection of food trucks with the most delicious food from around the globe so there is no chance that you will get hungry, whatever your taste.

The best bit, all of the above in the one location!

Everything you need to know can be found on our website including a full directory of all the vendors that are attending, the floor plan and other information. However we thought we would give you a quick rundown of the basics for your planning….

The Kapiti Indoor Market is held at the Waikanae Memorial Hall, 7 Pehi Kupa Street, Waikanae

If using public transport we are right next to the Waikanae train station and is served by the Kapiti Line.

You can also reach the hall using several local buses, namely the 280, 281, 290 and the 291.

Driving yourself? There is plentiful free parking at the nearby station, around the hall, in the surrounding residential streets and across the road in Waikanae town centre.

The market is open on Sunday 22nd November from 9.00am until 3pm.

Some of our vendors have Eftpos or credit card facilities to take payment, however, there are also some that do not. We recommend you bring along some cash on the day. There are no ATMs at the Kapiti Indoor Market however if you are caught short there are ATM machines a short walk away in Waikanae town center.

Where do we start?? There are so many choices it is going to be hard choosing just one thing for lunch! We have hot and cold, sweet and savoury so many choices, something to suit everyone’s taste.

If you have come to visit a particular vendor, or maybe you are on a strict time limit, there is a map of stalls HERE

Entry to the Kapiti Indoor Market is free. We do ask however, that you give a gold coin donation to our chosen charity Waikanae Volunteer Fire Brigade as you walk in.

The lovely volunteers from WVFB will be our collectors this market, Waikanae Volunteer Fire Brigade are the people you want to see the most in some of the worst moments you might experience.

Made up of a team of 100% volunteer members who are dedicated to supporting the community where ever they can while providing an invaluable service to the community they are our charity of choice this November.

Your gold coin goes towards helping them continue to provide such an amazing service to the community. Thank you for supporting this great cause.

Don’t forget to BYO to the November market. Our coffee vendors are always happy to put your beverage into a keep cup, so have yours ready to go. Don't forget to carry all that shopping, have your own shopping bags at the ready!

We hope you have a wonderful visit to the Kapiti Indoor Market, thank you for supporting Kapiti businesses and charities. We wish you a safe and enjoyable weekend. We would love to share your experience by tagging us on Facebook @kapitiindoormarket – we’d love to see your purchases!

Can't wait to see you all there!!
